Who We Are
M-Tech TalentSource is a technical recruiting and staffing firm based in Tampa, FL. We work with engineering, construction, manufacturing, and mission critical organizations to identify and place qualified technical professionals.
Our focus is on the disciplines that require real technical knowledge to recruit effectively — mechanical and electrical engineering, MEP design, ICT and low voltage systems, controls and automation, construction management, manufacturing operations, and mission critical infrastructure including data centers.
We believe that good recruiting starts with understanding the work. Before we source a single candidate, we take time to understand the role, the team, the technical environment, and what success looks like. That foundation is what separates a quality placement from a resume submission.
